Even though all your invoices are sent by mail, they are also stored in your Formitable account. Do you need a copy of an invoice? Simply download it again.
Download a copy of an invoice
In Formitable, select the restaurant you want to download an invoice of.
Click on your user initials in the top right corner.
Select Billing from the drop-down menu and choose Invoices at the top of the screen.
You will find an overview of all your invoices.
Click on the PDF download button right of your invoice.
A copy of your invoice will be generated. This might take up to 30 seconds.
Your browser will inform you about your downloaded PDF document.
