Are you using the Formitable unTill POS integration? We tell you how to check-in your reservations to work more efficiently and get to know your loyal customers even better.
Choose one way to check-in your reservations - either in Formitable or otherwise in unTill. Working half in Formitable and half in unTill is asking for technical problems. Use one of the two - whatever works best for you and your staff.

💡 Before a reservation is checked-in, you can freely move the reservation in Formitable. After a reservation is checked-in you can only move it to a different table in unTill.
❗ If you check-in reservations in unTill, the ticket and pre-payments will not show up on the receipt. Technically this is unfortunately only possible if you check-in from Formitable.
Checking in reservations in Formitable
You check-in a reservation in Formitable, in the overview.
We will create an order in unTill on the corresponding table for you.
Tickets and pre-payments will automatically be processed in the receipt.
If you select Pay on the unTill cash register, for the table, you will be asked if you want to pay and process the prepayment from Formitable. Confirm this.
After you check-out the table in unTill, the receipt is saved in Formitable.
Click on the reservation in Formitable and then on the little paper plane icon to see the receipt.
Checking in reservations in unTill
You open a table in unTill.
unTill looks for a reservation in Formitable within the match deviation time.
If a reservation is found, then the reservation is checked-in in Formitable as well.
After you check-out the table in unTill, the receipt is saved in Formitable.
Click on the reservation in Formitable and then on the little paper plane icon to see the receipt.
❗ You need to open the table in unTill before creating a new order. If you create a tap first, we can't check-in the reservation in Formitable for you. Always check-in the table before you create an order.
