If your restaurant is open until 22.00 guests are often allowed to make a reservation until 21.00. So there is a difference between opening hours and reservation hours. The reservation hours of your restaurant are the time slots in which guests can make a booking. In Formitable you can set up your reservation hours.

You can set up your reservation hours within your Shifts. Add the first bookable time to "First reservation at" and add the last bookable time to "Last reservation at".
