How to integrate SO Connect with Formitable
In Formitable, go to Apps and install the SO Connect Review Management app.

Select the review platform that is most relevant for you

A step-by-step guide to use SO Connect with Formitable
Log in on SO Connect dashboard
In the menu on the left tap Reviews > Review request
Tap Create new campaign
Choose your venue and tap Next
Select the platform that you wish to receive your positive reviews on
Select where you want to redirect the negative feedback to
Enter the email address you want to receive all the feedback on and tap Next
Customize the email that will be sent to your guests by changing the header image, (it is not possible to customize the text) and tap Next
Select the option Send to Formitable visitors and tap Next
Check the total overview of your campaign and tap Start Campaign
Copy the Campaign Key
Log in on Formitable and go to Apps
Search in your apps for SO Connect and tap Settings
Paste the Campaign Key and tap Save settings
Your SO Connect review campaign will start automatically
📌 Tip: Prevent that guests get 2 feedback mails. After you have successfully installed the SO Connect app, go to Insights > Reviews > Settings and disable the Formitable Feedback mail.
