At Tickets there is always a Default ticket. How does this ticket work and what can you do with it?
The Default ticket had two functions:
- If you do not want to work with different types of reservations (tickets) at all, for example, simply a standard lunch and dinner, you can set availability on the Default ticket.
- If the widget cannot find availability on your other tickets, the Default ticket will always be reserved. So it is a safety net.
The Default ticket has some restrictions:
- Since it's a safety net.
- You can't Highlight it.
- You can't use prepayments. If you want to work with prepayments, you should create a new ticket.
