At Tickets there is always a Default ticket. How does this ticket work and what can you do with it?


The Default ticket had two functions:

  • If you do not want to work with different types of reservations (tickets) at all, for example, simply a standard lunch and dinner, you can set availability on the Default ticket.
  • If the widget cannot find availability on your other tickets, the Default ticket will always be reserved. So it is a safety net.


The Default ticket has some restrictions:

  • Since it's a safety net.
  • You can't Highlight it.
  • You can't use prepayments. If you want to work with prepayments, you should create a new ticket.
