Is a guest not able to redeem their gift voucher while making a reservation? This can happen because of several reasons.

The voucher might be invalid or might already be redeemed 🎁 . You can make an export of all gift vouchers in order to check the status.

Go to Products > Gift vouchers > click on the 3 dots at the top right > Export all vouchers. If the voucher code is not in your export, the voucher is invalid.

In the export, column G (status) shows you whether the gift voucher is still open or already redeemed. If it's already redeemed, you can check when it has been redeemed in column F.
