With a national curfew in place, you want to make sure your guests pick up their takeaway orders on time. Use this checklist to ensure no orders can be placed for pick up after the curfew:

Change your opening hours for pick-up

Check if there are specials with custom Product Exceptions

Contact guests and adjust order times where necessary
💡 Most takeaway orders are placed early in the evening before 19.30 and one or two days in advance. Chances are that you do not need to move or cancel any orders at all. Delivery after 21.00 is still possible.
Change your opening hours for pick-up

Go to your Takeaway settings and scroll down to the pick-up and delivery times per day.

Adjust the Pick-up Until times to the latest possible pick-up time, 20.45. Do this for all relevant days.
Specials with custom Product Exceptions
Are you running takeaway specials with specific pick-up times? Don’t forget to change these times as well.

Go to your Takeaway settings and click on 'Product Exceptions.

Adjust the Pick-up Until times to the latest possible pick-up time, e.g. 20.45. Do this for all active specials.
Contact guests and adjust order times where necessary

Go to Order Insights and select 'Takeaway' at the top.

Check the times for your takeaway orders for the upcoming days.

If an order needs to be moved, click on the order.

You can send a message to the guest with the paper plane icon on the right, or contact the guest by phone.

Change the pick-up time with the pencil icon and use the Checkmark to save your changes.
📌 Guests can’t cancel orders themselves. If you want to cancel an order, open it and click on the Trash bin icon. Select if you want to give a refund or not.
