When guests call to make a reservation, you can manually add a Promotion Code to the reservation.

In your Overview, add a new reservation

In the reservation pop-up, click on "Apply promotion code or redeem voucher"

Enter the code and click on "Verify"

Click on "Apply to reservation"

You can now add all other reservation details like you normally would.
❗Note that you can only manually add a Promotion Code to a reservation when creating the reservation. It is not possible to add a Promotion Code afterward once the reservation has been created already.
💡 You can only add a Promotion Code to a reservation manually and not to a Takeaway- or Gift Voucher order because guests pay those in advance. Therefore you cannot deduct a discount, or show them a free item is included, during the booking process.
