This article explains how you can embed the Formitable widget on your Shopify website. This will only take a few minutes.

Setting up the widget with your configuration page

• In Formitable, go to Settings > Widget and click on 'configuration page'.

• On this page, you can customize the widget and generate the widget code that you need to add to your Shopify website later on. Copy the code to your clipboard.

What can you change on the configuration page?

• Select a color to match the style of your website.

• Choose when the widget should appear for visitors.

• Choose whether the toolbar with the reservation button should be visible.

• Enable the analytics module to track your widget. (See our analytics guide to learn more.)

Placing the widget on a Shopify website

• Log in to Shopify and select Online store in the left menu.

• Go to Themes, and click on the Customize button.

• Select Theme actions at the bottom of the screen, and then Edit Code.

• Scroll down to the Sections part and select 'footer.liquid'.

• Paste the code that you've copied from the configuration page into the second row.

• Click on Save.
